Revalidatie na voorste-kruisbandreconstructie [evidence statement]

Inleiding

Zie ook noot 1 - Het doel van dit statement is het fysiotherapeutisch handelen bij patiënten die voor revalidatie na reconstructie van de voorste kruisband (VKB) bij de fysiotherapeut komen, te onderbouwen met wetenschappelijk bewijs en de uniformiteit in fysiotherapeutisch handelen en gebruik van klinimetrische instrumenten te bevorderen. 

Er is gezocht naar een antwoord op de volgende vragen:

  • Hoe ziet de fysiotherapeutische revalidatie na een VKB-reconstructie er uit?
  • Welke klinimetrie kan toegepast worden tijdens de revalidatie en aan het einde van de revalidatie?
  • Welke criteria worden gebruikt voor het hervatten van sportactiviteiten?

Het statement is een handleiding voor de practicus. Wetenschappelijke onderbouwing wordt toegelicht in de noten, inclusief de mate van bewijs.
De werkwijze die is gehanteerd bij de ontwikkeling van dit statement en de literatuursearch is opgenomen in noot 1.

Noot 1 Ontwikkeling van het statement

Noot 1 Dit evidence statement is opgebouwd conform een verkorte versie van de 'Methode voor ontwikkeling, implementatie en bijstelling van KNGF-richtlijnen', van Van der Wees et al. (2007). De aanbevelingen zijn opgesteld op basis van wetenschappelijke evidentie, waar nodig aangevuld met best-practice. Voor het beoordelen van de kwaliteit van de studies is gebruikgemaakt van de PEDro-richtlijnen (RCT’s) en de Cochranelijsten (prospectieve cohortstudies). Gezocht is naar relevante literatuur vanaf 1990 tot en met juli 2013 in de databases van PubMed en de Cochrane Library. De literatuursearch is weergegeven in de volgende figuur.
