Subacromiale klachten [evidence statement]

Inleiding

Het doel van dit statement is antwoord geven op de volgende vraagstellingen:

  • Welke specifieke aanbevelingen in het diagnostisch proces zijn van belang voor het vaststellen van subacromiale klachten?
  • Welke specifieke aanbevelingen in het therapeutisch proces zijn van belang bij patiënten met subacromiale klachten, met als doel pijn te verminderen en functie te verbeteren?

Dit evidence-based statement is opgebouwd conform een verkorte versie van de Methode voor ontwikkeling, implementatie en bijstelling van KNGF-richtlijnen, zoals beschreven door Van der Wees et al. (2007). De aanbevelingen zijn opgesteld op basis van wetenschappelijke evidentie en op basis van ‘best-practice’ beschreven als ‘overwegingen’.

Voor het beoordelen van de literatuur is gebruik gemaakt van de beoordelingslijsten en de Evidence-Based Richtlijn Ontwikkeling (EBRO-)criteria, zoals ontwikkeld onder auspiciën van het CBO. Gezocht is naar relevante literatuur die is verschenen in de laatste 10 jaar (oktober 1998 - oktober 2008) in de databases van de Cochrane library, PubMed, PEDro en CINAHL. Het wetenschappelijk bewijs is per vraagstelling kort samengevat, inclusief de mate van bewijs
